Experience in Front and/or Middle Office

- Total experience 10+years, of which at least 5+ years should be hands-on BA experience

- Any commodity, multi-commodity experience preferred

- Can consider persons not meeting total experience requirement - however, should be minimum 5+ years- experience and super qualified (checks all boxes - tier 1, clear evidence of industry and BA experience)

- The level would be Manager Consulting(max 27 LPA) for 10+ yrs candidates and Senior Consultant(max 22 LPA) for 5+ years exp.

- Try for BE+MBA but for very good profiles client can look at BE/BTech/MCA profiles also.

- Location - Pune (2nd preference - Bangalore)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - 

- Proven ability to act as a bridge between the business and development team located in other offices, translating business concepts into requirements that are implementable

- Expected to have 9+ years- experience of business analysis in a commercial environment

Extensive knowledge and experience in some or all of the following areas:

- Physical trade valuation (preferably metals and energy trading)

- Position management including hedging (commodities, FX and rates)

- Profit & loss including mark-to-market of physical business

- End-to-end commodity trade lifecycle

- Demonstrate the ability to drive business process changes and challenge current business practices

- Experience of a variety of software development methodologies (e.g. waterfall, continuous integration, iterative development)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong academic background - excellent degree from a top-tier university(MBA must)

- 'Front Office' exp in ETRM is a must.

Qualification: BE BTech MBA/PGDM mca
