1. Internal Branding and Communication: Designing and driving various modes of communication to connect with respective target audiences.

2. Managing Internal and External Employee Survey.

3. Designing and driving employee celebration calendar for PAN India activities.

4. Designing and driving employee health & well being programs.

5.Being an integral part of the Employee engagement budgeting exercise. Formulation budget projections for the next financial year based on the statistics / review of previous year.

6. Design Employee Satisfaction Surveys and developing action plans post survey.

7. Handling Employee Grievance Resolution Module: Branding and communication, responsible as 8. process owner for closure of queries under Employee engagement within TAT

9. Employment Value Proposition (EVP) for Employee Engagement activities

10. Aligning existing activities to EVP and developing new initiatives for EVP inclusion

11. Handling Reward & Recognition Program Pan India:
