Sr. Manager- Employee Relation - Oversee Performance Management- improve employee wellbeing & performance by being a conduit between employees & line managers/leaders during probation & performance management cycle including review of performance data/BQM scores to validate PIP initiation, ensure review and documentation of PIP and approval process for termination. - Oversee Discipline management- Provide front line manager support - Establish / monitor consequence management framework - Oversee HR connect, HR Open House & skip sessions - Oversee employee queries/complaints/grievance procedures & facilitate counseling if needed. - Investigate & resolve complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. - Gather & analyze voice of employee across all levels to revise people programs & policies. - Provide support in interpreting Global HR policies, Support requests for changes and updates to Global HR policies. - Advise HR Business Partners and management in the counseling and disciplining of employees - MIS and decipher meaningful information to assist management decision making.
