Senior Manager - Employee Relations - BFS (5-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Discipline Management, Compliance and Employment Matters

- Dealing with PAN India disciplinary actions pertaining to employee misconduct.

- Drafting Charge-sheets, Show Cause Notices and Warning Memos etc-

- Conducting domestic enquiries, preparing enquiry/investigation report.

- Conducting investigations into POSH, whistleblower complaints and ethical concerns.

- Conducting training sessions for Enquiry Officers, Management Representatives and the Internal Complaints Committee.

- Conducting Internal audits with respect to labour law compliance.

- Ensure timely reply to employment notices received by the Company.

- Ensure receipt and proper maintenance of disciplinary and legal notices database.

- Handling and tracking employment litigation cases, coordinating with legal counsels to pursue litigations in appropriate courts.

- Liaison with government authorities.

- Advise on applicability, obligations and compliance of various labour laws.

Policy Documentation :

- Tracking statutory amendment w.r.t. employment laws in India, critically analysing the impact on the current HR policies and procedures.

- Drafting, reviewing and updating employment documentation including offer letters and appointment letters.

- Drafting, reviewing and revising employee handbooks/policy documents/guidelines on employeebenefits, disciplinary matters and sexual harassment.

Good to Have :

- Graduation in Law / LLB

- Experience in drafting replies to legal notices, summons etc

- Experience in conciliation, employment and labour law litigation
