Opening for a leading Edtech company. In your role as an Sr Manager Email Marketing India & APAC you will be a key member of the India & APAC Performance Marketing Team and report to the Associate Director of Performance Marketing. You will be responsible for building organic leads and revenue for the company in India & APAC by running email campaigns across Alumni (Repeat and Referrals), Existing Leads (Drip for higher conversion) and Old Lead Base (Regenerate interest). Location: Majorly it will be remote working. (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore) Your Role : - Devise the overall email marketing strategy for India and APAC business - Set up and Run email marketing campaigns across 'in funnel leads' to increase conversion through drip, Old lead based to regenerate interest/ leads, Alumni for cross sell/ upsell and Referral - Work with Analytics and Product to define user segments and product fitment and plan campaigns; Work with Product Marketing to get quality creatives to run the campaigns - Deliver goals on 'Delivery Rates', Opens, Clicks and Leads from the campaigns - Experiment, A/B Test with Subject Lines, Creative templates, Day/ Day Parts to lift impact - Measure results through data and optimize campaigns - Start off as an IC role, but grow the vertical to eventually start managing a team Your Skills and Qualifications : - MBA in Marketing with 5-8 years of experience in Email Marketing. - You should have managed email first campaigns to lead databases to re generate interest, existing customers for upsell/ cross sell, and the current lead funnel as drip marketing at scales of over 2-3 mn data points - Exposure to high involvement/ consultative sales categories like BFSI, EdTech and Ecommerce is a plus. - Experience on Email tools like Cheetah, Mailchimp, Webengae etc, is a must. Salesforce/ Hubspot will be an added advantage
