Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Conducting market research & analysis of competitor email marketing campaigns to create IK's email strategies. 2. Reviewing past email campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness and defining campaigns to reach revenue targets 3. Conceptualising, implementing and testing drip campaigns that nurture leads towards purchase and driving brand recall. 4. Defining email marketing strategies for different segments of users in different sales cycles Increasing IK's email marketing database through lead capture & third party partnerships. Test different subject lines, messaging & format to identify best performing emails for various cohorts. 5. Drafting email copy and collaborating with graphic designers to improve Open Rates, Email appearance, click throughs & responses 6. Segmenting and Maintaining IK's email database for maximum email campaign effectiveness. Monitoring and reporting of email campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Experience : 1. 3-10 years of digital marketing experience with relevant experience in B2C/B2B/SaaS or Product-based Email Marketing 2. Previous experience working on email campaigns in US geography preferred 3. Proven experience ideating, testing and optimizing high-impact email marketing campaigns 4. Experience expanding databases and excellent understanding of optimizing lead capture for long term nurturing. 5. Prior database management, customer segmentation experience a must 6. Familiarity with email marketing automation and campaign performance evaluation & reporting 7. Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data 8. Excellent copywriting and copy-editing abilities. 9. A motivated self-starter with passion, innovation and problem-solving skills.
