We are looking for a Corporate Energy - EB Operations & compliances ( Senior Manager) for India's infrastructure company based at Kolkata

Grade : Manager

Role : Corporate

Experience : 8+ years of experience. ( Energy management experience in past preferred)

Education : CA / MBA Finance ( REG)

Financial Dimensions : Cost of Energy, Diesel, EBcost, Energy Cost

Dealing with EB authorities:

O&M : service provider - To Drive Energy optimization, provide field related inputs, and provide RFS sign off. Support in dispute resolution with landlord.

Technology: Service seeker - for alternate Energy solutions.

Finance: For billing and budgeting

Deployment: To site electrification and Energy upgrade

Sales: To follow-up for dispute resolution, billing and Data correction in ISQ

IT: To make system controls and working of portals pertaining to vendors and suppliers

Legal: for filing RTIs against EB department in case of wrong/ excess billing

External interactions : Customer- Energy and O&M team IME- Energy and O&M team

Knowledge Required : Financial, Accounting, Liasioning with partners, DISCOM understanding & commercials

Skills / Competencies : Conflict management, Cross functional working, Analytical Skills. Ability to influence without authority, Negotiation skills

Principal Purpose of the Job :

Controlling, monitoring and optimizing EB expenses to enhance profitability and productivity in line with commitment towards environment by driving various Compliances, Validations, removing inefficiencies

KRA :

1. Optimize the EB cost

2. Ensure all systems Compliances to monitor & control Energy Cost

3. Identifying revenue leakages in the billing and locking them

4. EB Analytics

5. Energy projects efficacy and benefit tracking

6. Tracking of EB rate

7. Partner Governance
