Senior Manager - EHS - FMCG/Consumer Goods/Chemical/Paints

The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate With Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety with Environment , Health and Safety experience in a FMCG / Consumer Goods / Chemical / Paints Industry.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Implementation of Group's Health& Safety Roadmap at units.

- Coordinate for roll-out Health, Safety & Environment capability developments programs at units.

- Conducting training in alignment with by Learning programs

- Rolling out of Group's Program at units.

- Coordinate change management with respect to implementation of New SOPs and Formats along with implementation of new initiative.

- Driving H&S leading and lagging KPIs across units.

- Ensuring timely reporting of Safety incidences from region.

- Facilitating implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 at COMPANY facilities of region.

- Coordinating for assessments related HSE and to consolidate findings along with action plans.

- Participating Health, Safety & Environment Related crisis management.

- Executing HSE related budget (capex & Opex) within given timelines.

- Conducting cross audits aligned to COMPANY guidelines as per the audit universe.
