What You will do Everyday? :

- Driving and handling end to end E-commerce Growth for OZiva.

- P&L responsibility with ownership to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc.) on marketplaces.

- Growing e-com marketplaces accounts

- Work with R&D to develop new products for marketplace growth

- Mentor the team to optimize product listing, inventory, ad spends on marketplaces.

- Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, promotional strategies, and actionable insights from weekly competition analysis

- Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs at all marketplaces.

- Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly.

Your Superpowers :

- 5+ years of successful ecommerce growth

- Demonstrated success in handling P&L

- Highly analytical.

- Ability to deal with high work pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong team player with proven ability to work harmoniously.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
