Job Description : This is a key role in the IMC team for the organisation that would develop the content strategy for the categories within the organisation and build the brands up through extensive E2E strategy in experience

Client Details :

- Our client is an American organisation with a deep footprint in India. They have been growing form strength to strength in the FMCG space and with innovative strategies around sales and marketing, they have been one of the biggest names in the global market.

- They are looking for a Sr Manager - Marketing (E2E Experience and Content Strategy) who would chart out the content strategy and planning across all mediums via consumer behaviour trends and analysis.

Description :

The incumbent would report into the IMC Head for the organisation and be responsible for the following :

- Lead the brand development and strategy for each category based on the End to End journey and consumer experience

- Lead the route towards consumption for the categories in more innovative and possible ways by developing the brand story and its delivery to the consumer

- Lead the planning and development of the shopper strategy at key touch-points for the consumer

- Lead shopper promotions as part of the overall strategy for the categories

- Translate shopper insights and buying behaviour towards more evolved brand strategies and communication

- Manager the category calendars for the year and prepare towards new delivery around brand communication at every consumption possibility or instance

- Ideate around each platform - online and offline towards communication to the consumer

- Align with the agencies around the ideas developed to lead to execution

Profile :

The successful candidate :

- Should be an avid marketer and an ideator and have 10+ years of experience in concrete brand content creation and development of the communication strategy for the portfolio

- Should be well equipped to understand consumer behaviour in order to develop the next big idea for the categories

- Should have an end to end understanding of the marketing mix involved towards brand communication

- Should have prior experience in agency management

- Should be a go getter and a team player
