Senior Manager - Due diligence in Real Estate - MBA| Delhi NCR Role Responsibilities: Due Diligence for Real Estate :&nbsp; - Research trends of property markets across major locations in India - Undertake project site visits to understand the micro market, and project related inventory, construction, and pricing - Undertake research (secondary), through brokers, property portals to get the pricing / saleability / prospects of the projects - Adept in both residential and commercial real estate Due Diligence for Equity Investments :&nbsp; - Review the information Memorandum of the prospective investees - Understand the industry / business of the prospective investee companies - Review financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet etc) and create financial models (DCF / Market Multiples / Transaction Multiples) - Research on companies- information using secondary sources and MCA / ROC - Understanding of legal terms / terms sheets / investment agreements - Reporting on existing portfolio; suggesting trends to make informed investing and liquidating decisions The Successful Applicant:&nbsp; - Understanding of financial statements / valuation methodologies - Understanding of financial terms in contracts - Understanding of legal clauses - Highly analytical skills and excellent in research - Good PowerPoint / presentation skills - Networking across real estate community (IPCs, Developers, Bankers, Brokers etc.) - End-to-end investing transaction experience - Excellent oral and written skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders - Self Starter and individual contributor
