Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue:
- Plans, Controls, directs and organizes all sales and related activities to maximize and support the
- Company's revenues and profit objectives
- Meet and ideally exceed board approved revenue budget for all products
- Drive sales performance to quarterly plans and ensuring timely receipt of payments
- Identify & establish relationships with prospective clients that may be suitable to resell the DTC product offering
- Establish and build an indirect market share as this is a new growth opportunity
- Achieve /exceed set targets and objectives through the successful implementation of client strategies
- Accurately forecast client activity and associated revenue
Client Management:
- Develop and nurture trusting relations with internal and external clients through proactive communication and the effective management of expectations to ensure outstanding service levels
- Maintain and review client performance to ensure sustainability of existing ventures and to identify new opportunities
- Develop individual client strategies and collaborate with both internal and client resources to ensure the implementation of approved strategies
- Develops sales proposals, consistent with Management guidelines, to meet customer's need for company services.
- Gathers all external data required to for creation of special promotional / sales programs
- Steering CXO Interactions across members
Experience and Skills:
- Post Graduate from a premiere B School with specialization in Marketing / Finance (Top 20 institutes preferably)
- Minimum 6 to 9 years of experience across Sales, Business development & team management. Ideally Assets side experience with a Bank or a NBFC is preferred
