We are looking for Senior Manager D&I with a leading manufacturing industry. - Conceptualize and develop training programs around sensitization and awareness and development interventions. - Designing new initiatives through research and collaboration with group companies and SMEs and improve effectiveness of the existing ones - Developing policies related to Diversity and inclusion - Managing internal and external communication to create greater awareness and engagement on the program - Creating communication collateral and social media content for programs.
