Sr Manager/ Director - Workday finance Module (Certification mandatory)

POSITION SUMMARY :

- Sound Knowledge of implementing Workday Financials

- Certification in Workday Financials is a must (FDM, Grants, Spends, etc)

- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and leading Workday Financials Project activities

- In-depth knowledge of Workday security framework, business process configuration

- Proven experience as a Functional Financial Consultant and hands-on Workday configuration experience

- Subject Matter Expertise in Financial processes, reports, and integrations while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements

- Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism

- Analyze Workday release updates to understand the impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients' existing configuration

- Minimum of one full life cycle implementation with Workday Finance

- Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.

- Experience in creating custom reports

- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration

- Participate actively as a Data Conversion consultant on one or more project teams

- Ability to manage and lead teams, exposure, and experience of working in offshore/onshore model

QUALIFICATIONS : CA , MBA -Finance, Any Graduate - with domain experience.
