About the role:

Interested in disrupting a multi-billion dollar industry? Intrigued by the chance to bring the sharing economy to fashion? Passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems? If yes, then Gwynnie Bee is looking for a talented Product Manager to evolve our online storefront experience.

What you'll do:

- Help define the vision and strategy for Gwynnie Bee's iOS and Android apps

- Develop a strategic roadmap that outlines how Gwynnie Bee can leverage its increasingly biggest avenue of member engagement

- Work with other functional PM's to understand how elements of the overall Gwynnie Bee experience work in the context of the app and how these features dovetail with each other within the app experience

- Work closely with smart engineers and designers to deliver features that grow app engagement and translate that engagement into driving business objectives

- Communicate both strategic vision and tactical roadmaps to key stakeholders so that partners like Operations, Merchandizing and Customer Service are aligned

We'd like for you to have :

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, MBA is highly preferred

Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in a consumer-facing product role

- Ability to prioritize quickly with less than perfect information

- Practical knowledge of releasing app functionality and general product management practices like roadmap development, concept validation, and requirements definition

- Attention to detail and good judgment for when something is - consumer-ready

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Basic project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects

- Facility with statistics/data analysis with an ability to visualize consumer behavior through metrics

- Knowledge of current practices in user-centered design, web and mobile technology

- Experience in launching iOS and Android app functionality a strong plus

- Prior experience in a consumer online service, retail or other e-commerce industry a strong plus
