Senior Manager/Director - Presales - BFSI (6-12 yrs)
A dynamic and entrepreneurial Presales and Solutions leader passionate about creating value for marketers through the company, a Data Management platform that understands customer lifecycle through big data analytics and engages customers across diverse marketing channels.
- Understand and document customer known requirements and unearth customer unknown requirements
- Own and Deliver winning proposals/client presentation containing business use cases, Solution architecture and other deliverables in alignment with customer known/unknown requirements
- Deliver consultative Client Presentations, conduct mesmerizing product demoes and engage customers continuously as part of Sales Cycle
- Author white papers/ blogs/collaterals and evangelize - Engage- Value proposition within marketing channels(blogs, groups, events, Social media)
- Create industry specific GTM packs (questionnaire, use cases, value proposition, collaterals, Demos, Sales play book etc.) in collaboration with marketing, sales, product management and other functions
- Qualify opportunities and generate new lead in collaboration with sales and marketing team
- Research, document and share Customer, market, product and competitor insights
- Proactively refine lead generation, lead qualification process and pitch for engaging customers/prospects
- Experience: 6 to 12 years in Presales, Product management for Data management platform or in Digital marketing and analytics engagements
- Proven experience in consultative selling at Senior management and CXO level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Process and system driven > Work towards automation & streamlining of processes
- Excited about working in entrepreneurial ecosystem
