Role :
1. Implementing human resources strategies by establishing departmental accountability like business partnering, succession planning, employee relations and retention etc.
2. Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment.
3. Create a robust employee network. Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering. Improve & enhance processes
4. Identify, analyse, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.
5. Partnering with hiring managers to identify current and future needs in personnel. This role will be specified to the IT-BU.
6. Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs and implement activities pertaining to employee engagement. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, employee connects, exit interviews etc.
7. Executing Strategic Thinking & Change Management Skills in Processes, Policies, Training and systems. Effective contribution towards strategic initiatives and efficient in performing tactical & operational work
