Senior Manager/Director - HR Advisory/HR Strategy - Big4 (5-10 yrs)
For a big 4 consulting firm, we are looking for someone to Join the Line HR who will transition into HR advisory. We are looking for folks who have worked in business and are keen to move into HR roles.
The roles is based out of Delhi.
Key Responsibilities :
- You will be working with the HR leader in India to develop the strategy for the India office of the big four consulting firm
- New approaches on how HR function can help deliver better and how to improve the internal function
Competencies:
- Business Acumen
- Strategic Thinker
- Ability to look at the function at a holistic level and not a line function
- Understanding of consulting business
- Ideally an ex Consultant or an advisory leader
- Influencing skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to drive the agenda's and shape problems
- Prior experience in HR interesting, not a MUST
Ideal Profile
- MBA from good institutes, 5-10 years experience (early to mid 30s)
- Success in this role requires high maturity, extremely hands-on and integrity
- Deal breakers - naive, political, fearful or theoretical person
