Senior Manager/Director - Head Of Coach Operation - Healthcare Responsibilities: - Ensure the day to day operations meet our highest quality standards in the provision of effective and efficient service delivery, clinical outcomes and cost savings - Responsible for the operational leadership of decentralized Virtual Health Coach team (80+) servicing members (5k+) pan india - Assist Coach Ops budget for functional areas and manage staff to meet revenue and expense targets - Completing appropriate analysis, recalibration and reforecasting to ensure financial and sales objectives are met - Develop practice protocols &amp; to maintain quality standards of care making recommendations and continuous implementation of improvements - Build, lead, and manage growing and high-performing service culture of accountability with structured coaching and ongoing career development, service focused training, performance management, and quality assurance program management, all while ensuring high employee satisfaction. - Proactively initiate, drive change and continuous improvement in processes, tools and coaching and service capabilities. - Management and achievement of KPI goals for coaches and Service outcomes - Assure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures by coaches for escalations - Collaborate closely with Physician Team, and Implementation Team and Operations Team to drive a seamless experience for the member Your qualifications and attributes: - Degree in Health Sciences/Engineering or relevant work experience. Postgraduate in MBA (Proffered) - 3-5 years of field experience in clinical services, coaching, nutrition/health counselling, nursing is preferred - 6+ Years in senior leadership roles preferably leading in healthcare/service/clinical operations - Strong experience in managing large remote teams (Virtual Care model) and a demonstrated track record of retaining top talent, managing fiscally sound, efficient, and responsible operations - Propensity for curiosity, forward-thinking vision and ability to see beyond traditional models of care - Excellent communication skills, with a genuine passion for personal interaction and professional collaboration. Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills - Superior ability to recognize and communicate strategic issues. - Knowledge of the digital health or telemedicine industry trends is desired, but not mandatory - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, corporate, product-oriented environment, with the ability to smoothly recognize changing priorities (often due to factors and stakeholders outside of your range of visibility or control), and shift on the fly - Self Starter and analytical developing solutions amidst ambiguity and complexity - Effectively solve problems and orchestrate higher level strategies, goals and plans in response to fastpaced changing business conditions - Passionate about health and wellness and determined to achieve business results with a positive, optimistic attitude that inspires your clients and fellow team members - Highly self-motivated and results focused with proven ability to achieve client service excellence - Ability to lead by example with the Culture of high throughput, passion, talent and trust
