Senior Manager/Director - Finance Transformation - Shared Services (10-15 yrs)
Looking for CA/MBA professionals with relevant experience in Finance Transformation and Shared Services.
- Tax Technology & Transformation
In-depth knowledge of the following:
- Global in-house captives (GICs) / Shared Services (SSC)
- Finance transformation /Finance operations.
- Tax processes
Hands on experience in following areas -
- Shared services set up, including Finance transformation
- Performance improvement of internal operations
- Design of SLAs, process KPIs and reporting requirements
- Service sourcing, RfP process
- Outsourcing/offshoring strategy and setup
- Experience around Tax process improvement, SSCs/ CoEs set-up including tax processes could be a differentiating factor.
- One functional area (F&A, HR, IT, SCM, etc.) or process (P2P, O2C, etc.)
- Experience and functional knowledge technologies eg RPA, AI and MI would be differentiating trait
Business development:
- Support in building the new practice area and professional relationships.
- Lead in converting new accounts and new projects.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the industry, solution, client service delivery/execution.
- Manage service quality, brand and client expectations.
- Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views.
- People management
- Assist in resolving people issues in the delivery team
- Ensure compliance to the firms standards, processes and policies.
Note: Role require traveling across India.
