Senior Manager/ Director - Customer Success (Remote)

- Lead our existing high-performing CS team and continue to attract, recruit, inspire, retain and grow our talent.

- Iterate on our outcome-focused engagement model to ensure customers realize ROI and CSM's can effectively lead these discussions.

- Develop creative engagement models and offerings to drive adoption, NPS, and other key metrics.

- Apply a results-oriented approach to develop and improve upon goals, KPIs, and execute against the plan.

- Partner with various other functional teams to handle escalations, relay feedback, and ensure we delight our customers throughout the lifecycle.

- Establish strong executive relationships with customers.

- Understand the product philosophy and roadmap and be able to articulate & defend these to the customers during discussions.

- Mentor and guide the team to effectively navigate challenging customer conversations. When appropriate, lead these discussions.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years in CS leadership.

- 10+ years in Customer Success.

- Able to lead remote teams with a strong sense of discipline and consistent processes.

- Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery.

- Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate leaders and teams.
