Role Description : Looking for an experienced individual to take ownership of leading the business performance and help the organization make strategic business decisions that increase productivity, drive continuous high performance, improve revenues, and enhance overall growth. Here are the expectations from the role : - Due Diligence : Performance Due diligence with other business functions and collaboration with respective leaders/stakeholders ensuring high performance, business interest and goals are consistently met. - Data Analysis : Excellent analytical capability to ensure the best utilization of data and draw actions for strategic business decisions and growth. - Predictive Analysis : Ability to utilize the data/information and provide insights in line with historical, current and predictive analysis. - Reporting : Excellent reporting and presentation skills to ensure the respective departments/stakeholders are well informed with critical data/reports, insights and learnings. - Problem-solving : Identifies, Researches and Resolves Problems by facilitating through logical resolution, utilization of data/information and collaboration with other leaders/stakeholders. - Performance : Ensures all departments are working in line with the business strategy and consistently adhering to their KRA's and budgets. - Advanced vision and attention to detail : Visionary to the extent of identifying business challenges and expected resolutions. - Business acumen : Extraordinarily strong business acumen to ensure all department's alignment towards consistent high performance and collaboration leading to improvement in revenue and overall growth. - Specific industry knowledge : Specific industry knowledge is a plus - Communication skills : Excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills - Experience of working with Supply Chain or eCommerce organization is a plus. - In addition to the above, the role requires Strong Relationship Building, Growth-Oriented Vision, Metrics Driven Work Approach and Extremely High Ethics & Values.
