Minimum Qualification:

CA

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a relative field

6+ years of experience financial services or consulting industry.

Required Experience and Skills:

To be Business Acumen who can act as a CEO.

8+ Yrs of experience in financial services

3+ Yrs of People Management Skills and Managing Complete Profit and Loss of a Business Unit.

Thorough Experience in setting up processes, Operations, Credit Card Platform, Day to Day Credit risk management.

Good experience in Traditional Banking.

Previous work experience in Lending Space, Credit card, Risk Management and relevant domain.

Owning the long term business roadmap and driving the business.

Developing the strategies for raising debt and leading business towards profitability.

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Successful track record of leading the fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Self-starter and a team player, an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Impeccable oral communication and writing skills.
