Senior Manager/Director - B2B Sales - Telecom (11-16 yrs)

Role : Sr Mgr/Director
Key Deliverable s for the role :
- Plan and execute company's sales strategy and business developments.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by leading highly productive sales team
- Ensure sales growth by acquiring new clients/logos and also upscale through existing strategic accounts.
- Ensure robust monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting
- Ensure sales team to do proactive sales visits to companies for presenting companies added value services and products.
- Manage relationships with the existing clienteles to achieve business goals and maximize sales leads, directly and through the sales team.
- Build a strong sales funnel of well qualified revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with other members of sales, product team and other stake holders in leadership teams to build organizational synergy in order to close successfully a sales cycle and offer a great customer experience via our services.
- Manage closely all International / Regional Account Directors when it comes to global / regional corporate accounts.
- Represent company in all major industry specific events, conferences, and seminar etc.
- Ensure team to have updated sales related MIS, pipelines and forecasts.
- Hire good resources, train and coach them time to time his direct reports. Ensure individual performance is exceeding expectations
- Problem solving and analysis. Actively handle problems, propose effective solutions in line with the analysed information
- Overall 10 - 15 years of work experience in IT / Telecom service related industry
- 4/5 years experience in leading a sales team in a service industry
- Ideally worked in a high growth oriented multinational organisation thus managing B2B sales with MNCs, PSUs, Govt. undertakings etc.
- Successful sales track record of growing sales and client base, directly and indirectly through Business Development team.
- Engineer / MBA in Sales and Marketing function from a good Institute.
- Strong communication skills
