Senior Manager - Direct Taxation - NBFC - CA

Job Area / Role : Direct Taxation

Work Location : New Delhi

Responsibilities for the job

- Expertise in Direct taxes including Income Tax returns, Tax Audits, TDS, DTAA etc

- Handle complex taxation issues and developments including merger and acquisition

- Prepare and review tax calculations, estimate & report accruals including deferred tax computation

- Manage tax compliance, reporting and filing work for the Company on timely basis

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate income tax

- Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support to the Company and represent the Company before various tax authorities.

- Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters of the Company Well versed in preparing the tax policies.

- Responsible to legally minimise tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations

- All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct

Eligibility Criteria for the Job

- Education - CA

- Work Experience 6 - 9 years of relevant experience , Experience in BFSI would be an added advantage
