- Assist in preparation and filling of the yearly income tax returns for Company and its eighteen subsidiaries as well as Trusts. - Assist in overseeing tax matters for the organization's overseas subsidiaries Singapore, Vietnam, and Philippines. - Assist in making quarterly advanced tax payments for Company And its subsidiaries - Assist in preparation of data and replies for the cases before AO, CIT(A), Tribunal and High Court - Assist in various projects and strategizing tax for the Group as a whole - Assist in preparation of tax litigation chart and its impacts for the quarterly board meetings - Provide assistance during statutory audits including internal and external audits - Liasoning with respective Jurisdictional Officers/ Auditors / Tax Consultants - Assist in conducting biannual awareness training sessions for the accounts and taxation department employees of the company across the Units and resolve their queries related to income tax and TDS return filling under the supervision of HOD - Overall assistance and participation Income-tax matters of the company and its subsidiary companies, viz - Assessment Proceedings, - CIT(A) - Tribunal - Transfer Pricing assessment - International tax assessment - Miscellaneous o To address misc. issues relating to tax like providing confirmation of TDS, filing of replies with Dept etc. o To provide assistance to Department Head in tax related matters including filling of litigations, smoothening all the tax related operations, preparing SAP related invoices and performing payment related functions o Keep self updated on Direct tax regulations and continuously work towards ensuring hundred percent compliance o Assist in preparation of the tax planning strategies and activities
