Senior Manager - Direct Tax (7-10 yrs)
- Preparing submissions in relation to assessment, re-assessment, penalty proceedings and appellate proceedings in the case of clients and representation before the income-tax authorities;
- Filing appeal / objections before CIT(A), ITAT, DRP;
- Advisory on domestic and international tax issues;
- Undertaking technical research on income-tax provisions impacting the taxation of clients;
- Ensuring advance tax compliance and filing of annual Income tax returns for clients;
- Conducting Tax Audit including ICDS impact analysis; - Withholding tax compliance review for clients;
- Replying to queries raised by clients on corporate tax matters;
- Handling matters related to tax provisioning and deferred tax calculations for clients;
- Handling tax due diligence for clients;
- Business development, Client interface, liaison, building relationships;
- Managing a team including qualified accountants;
- Sharing tax updates and conducting training sessions for team and clients;
- MIS reporting to seniors and clients on regular basis;
