Senior Manager - Direct & Indirect Taxation - BPO/KPO - CA (10-16 yrs)
1) Ensure tax compliances - Direct and Indirect Taxes - hands on with law and procedural aspects including Transfer Pricing. Drafting of appeals/responses for tax matters
2) Preparation of details/schedules for tax submissions in a manner to communicate clearly what information is sough by the tax office
3) Preparation of tax workings and ability to come up alternative scenarios
4) Reconciliation of Tax accounts. Familiarity with tax aspects relating to SEZ units
5)Experience in handling tax litigation. In depth knowledge on income tax, GST and international tax compliances
6) Knowledge of procedural compliances under Foreign Trade policy and FEMA will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Chartered Accountant with 10-11 years of relevant experience
- Should be hands on with Direct, Indirect Tax laws and International Tax Laws
- Ability to keep abreast of changes to the law and identify areas having implications
- Good understanding of Finance & Accounting
- Preferably from service industry or IT/ITES sector Very good Excel & Power point skills
