Senior Manager - Digital Transformation Office - BPO/KPO/IT (10-12 yrs)
This role is with one of our MNC clients.
Basic Function -
- Develop and implement enterprise level software solutions in the text and speech analytics space using AI/ML technique.
- Design algorithms and models related to text and speech analytics using NLP and machine learning techniques for real time and historical outcomes for user and customer behavior and sentiment analysis
- Develop and lead implementation of text and speech analytics solutions for multiple products that have impact on the end user experience
- Understand business problems and able translate them to technical problems and design and develop solutions for them
- Experience working with databases, text mining, sentiment analytics and structured and unstructured data
- Able to work and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in order to deliver results as per the project timelines

Skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency working with programming languages such as Python, R, C/C++ etc.
- Experience in developing software applications in the text and speech analytics space
- Experience in NLP, Sentimental Analysis, ML/AI, and Deep Learning
- Experience in text and data analytics platform such as OpenNLP, LinkPipe, UIMA etc. (Preferred)
- Exposure to text mining and AI APIs like TensorFlow, Google Cloud Natural Language AP, Alchemy etc. (Preferred)
Process Specific Skills - Having worked in a similar job in a BPO or an IT company.
- Willing to work in shifts / Weekends to support US, UK and on-call duties a must.
- Good understanding of Technology Trends

- Overall 10+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years of experience developing text and speech analytics tools using NLP/ML/AI.
