Business & Category Growth
- Demand Management - Work with Product managers to drive business topline and bottom line growth at a national level.
- Working with the product/corporate communication team to make sure the above objectives are achieved.
- Design Digital processes and solutions to improve overall revenue with ongoing improvement objective across Digital assets that drive business.
- Drive adoption and impact of the initiatives by working in close coordination with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Optimize critical processes to reduce the TAT and improve efficiency with an objective to improve business gross sales.
- Use Data Science and solid Why Analysis to improve the business parameters on an ongoing basis.
Drive Performance Marketing & Next Gen Automation, Hyper Personalization
- Work with Digital partners to improve performance marketing across Digital, Affiliates and display network
- Work closely with Google, Facebook and Leading Digital Media providers to create unique and innovative cost-effective media solutions
- Drive marketing performance for increasing bottom of the funnel metrics, leads and sales
- Spearhead Digital Automation process by closely working with marquee partners and integrate Global Best in Class practices
- Create a roadmap towards its quest to achieve Segment of One personalization vision
Digital Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
- Works like a nimble agile start-up why launching innovative fintech partnerships and growing them into separate SBUs.
- Our Digital Partnerships include marquee list; Paytm Money, ET Money, Bank Bazaar, Jio Bank others
- Work with an objective to grow mind share and market share on partner platforms by launching innovative solutions
- The ideal candidates would have flair for generating sales through partnerships/key accounts as well as setting up the sales processes/ infrastructure from scratch.
