Senior Manager - Digital Solutions - Consulting Firm (6-10 yrs)
Our Client : A Fortune 500 company in Life Sciences
Purpose of the role : Create a digital roadmap in consultation with internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for driving market penetration, adoption, engagement and building sustainable business advantage.
Major KRA's :
- Conduct regular user studies, client feedback sessions.
- Liaise with business stakeholders including affiliate digital teams, commercial teams, field force and research on a day-to-day basis to evangelize and achieve business goals.
- Co-drive the overall product road-map; Help in the transformation of a product idea
- Provide market/customer/competitive insights that shape the product roadmap
Ideal Candidate :
- FTMBA with 6-10 years of total experience in demonstrating customer driven/centric attitude and hands on experience working with consumers and internal stakeholders to drive business goals.
- Energetic, self-motivated individual focused on solving consumer problems.
- He/she should have a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
