To succeed in this role, you should be : - A technology enthusiast with engineering &amp; solution design capabilities for building great digital products - A good blend of engineering and digital acumen - A willing multi-tasker who can appreciate the genius of - AND- . - Executioner par excellence Role : - Provide solution oriented Engineering oversight for building &amp; maintaining direct to consumer digital platform - Work with the Digital product managers and implementation partners to lead the platform design - Weekly Measurement of Technical KPIs for D2C Digital Assets including website performance and user experience - Collaborate with Digital Product managers for delivering and tracking the Business &amp; Technology KPIs &amp; metrics as part of the business plan Requisites : Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ IT - At least 7-9 yrs. Total experience - At least 2-3 yrs. of technical implementation &amp; delivery of Customer facing Digital assets in an organization - Delivered at least One medium to large scale Digital Transformation programme in last two years - Managed an in-house/partner team of at least 5-10 engineers - Worked in an agile/iterative environment with continuous delivery - Managed stakeholders at mid-senior management level - Experienced in using Project Management tools like JIRA Skills &amp; Abilities : - Well versed with Application component architecture, design &amp; integration patterns - Experienced with use of technologies like APIs &amp; Microservices, Content Management Systems, Modern Front end technologies like React/AngularJS, Rule engine, Building conversational interfaces using NLP/NLU, tools for monitoring website/app/SEO performance &amp; customer analytics and marketing automation - Experience on AWS/Azure will be an added advantage
