Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Planning (identifying the right channel, budgeting, targeting, timing)
- Effectively managing campaigns to drive cost-effective ROI.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Day to day management and monitoring of ad spends and conversions
- Marketing analytics - Implement various tools to understand consumer behavior and precisely track their journey
Skills/Competencies:
- Three to six years of experience in Performance Marketing for B2B SaaS or Fintech companies.
- Hiring across Senior Manager and AVP levels based upon the experience.
- Proven track record building Social Media, SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing strategy from scratch.
- Experience in Adwords, social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter), content marketing, affiliate channels and google SEM.
- Strong orientation towards data gathering, problem-solving, experimenting, and iterating with the results, to arrive at the right solution.
- Prior experience has contributed significantly to the growth of a startup is a big advantage
- Customer-centric, data-driven, and problem-solving mindset
