Should have knowledge of VEEVA VAULT 1. Minimum of 12 years of relevant industry experience from the Digital Marketing/Content Management domain 2. Should have managed clients; Led large teams and projects independently 3. Understanding of creative strategies, production, digital space, and how it can be made production-based 4. Strong understanding of project management, and financial and business acumen 5. Excellent people management skills 6. Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills 7. Passion for networking and managing accounts 8. Keeping abreast of the latest technical/creative developments and relating them to various business challenges 9. Accountable for the output of the vertical, ensuring that all customer requirements are met in a cost-effective, timely, and compliant manner. 10. Responsible for bottom-line for various accounts or multiple accounts as assigned 11. Manages service level agreement performance as per the SOW 12. Identifying and dealing with short-term and long-term risks for various accounts 13. Active contribution in strategizing of the accounts - including new service offerings and ways to grow the account. 14. Responsible for managing gross margin, project profitability, CSAT, &amp; ESAT 15. Active contribution in building short-term operational plans and long-term strategic plans for the vertical.
