Job Description : The role involves managing the digital platforms, digital strategy, e- commerce platforms and digital communications for all the brands for the company to provide a better consumer experience.

Description :

The key responsibilities of the role entail :

- Managing digital platforms i.e social media, brand website, third party e-commerce websites etc

- Leveraging the digital landscape and data to offer more and better consumer experiences

- Developing and managing CRM strategies that will leverage consumer data in order to increase brand loyalty

- Lead Digital commerce campaigns, including Direct to Consumer, B2C and B2B

- Working with cross functional and global teams across categories

Profile :

A successful candidate will be someone with :

- 10-12 years of experience from a reputed B- School

- Would be an expert at Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, CRM and Data analytics

- Experience in liaising with cross functional teams and good with stakeholder management

- Good communication skills
