Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

Mandate knowledge of : Any AUDIO PRODUCT / ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS and ORGANIC MARKETING

Skills :

- Proven working experience in digital marketing

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or advertising campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords & Social Media campaigns

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- You will need to be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is. 


Job Description :

- Work with marketing and sales departments to create promotions

- Develop and launch discounts, samples, gifts, coupons and contests.

- Determine the length and timing of promotions.

- Oversee a social media strategy

- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

- Manage and maintain the organisation's website(s)

- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion

- Use social media sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to promote discounts and coupons.

- Plan advertising campaigns.

- Measure ad effectiveness and optimize if needed.

- Coordinate with team to create and deliver ads.

- Work with marketing team to generate new & creative ideas for the campaign.

- Prepare cost estimates for campaigns.

- Approve changes to budget as needed.

- Identify potential markets.

- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies of brand

- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
