Senior Manager - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (4-10 yrs)
Role Objective :
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual with extensive experience in building & executing digital marketing campaigns across channels. The incumbent will be expected to drive the digital footprints for SME-Online business with an overall objective of:
- Delivering expected ROI on the budget spend and increasing relevant traffic - Develop marketing growth strategies across multiple digital channels
Role Responsibilities :
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic and deliver ROI
- Plan all digital marketing strategies across channels and categories
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Best in Class Content creation acumen to influence buyers behavior
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spent based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan and deliver on Retention marketing strategy
- 4+ years of relevant experience preferably with an ecommerce organisation
- Experience of email marketing to drive retention
- App. installation and engagement experience
- Experience of working with a start-up organisation will be a plus
Knowledge/ Skills :
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital marketing strategy
- Exposure to Shopping Ads/PLA will be an added advantage
- Hands on experience of handling Adwords and other channels for at least 2 years
- Business acumen to align Marketing objectives with business objectives
- Good with numbers and analyzing data
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- Media Planning & Commercial awareness
Education : MBA
