Key responsibilities:
A) Website Management
- Manage and optimize all websites which includes corporate websites, brand websites and project landing pages
- Align the websites with the organization's brand, strategy, goals and standards as well as auditing and optimizing content, images and data
- Complete tests to ensure website efficiency and quality as well as ensuring that the websites complies with the appropriate statutory laws and regulations
- Identify ways to improve website user experience, evaluate competition websites and follow industry best practices
- Monitor, optimize SEO, keywords, tags, headlines, meta descriptions and blogs in order to improve SEO rankings and user engagement
- Ensuring all project contents are updated regularly as per project status and updates
- Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) by tracking online mentions, reviews, and comments and proactively responding to them to maintain brand image, respond promptly and professionally to customer queries & concerns, address negative feedback, and encourage positive reviews to enhance brand credibility and trust among the customers and other stakeholders
- Ensure the security of all websites by coordinating with agency to implement security measures to protect websites.
Ensuring that there is zero downtime
- Purchasing, renewing and managing all the websites domain and hosting registrations
B) Performance Marketing
- Drive data-driven performance marketing campaigns in line with each brand / project positioning to maximize ROI and achieve specific performance goals, focusing on measurable outcomes and analytics
- Plan and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan with performance marketing agencies across all digital channels in line with campaign budgets & targets
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization of all campaigns
- Work closely with the head of department presenting periodic performance reports & feedbacks and share funnel conversion improvement ideas
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies and present ideas from time to time for overall improvisation in digital marketing
C) Social Media Management - Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for all social media handles - Develop, present to head of department and execute content calendars
- Work with Agency's copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Define most important social media KPIs and Measure the success of every social media campaign - Stay up to date with latest social media trends, best practices and technologies
- Network with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network
- Tracking useful social media metrics and creating effective social media marketing campaigns D) Lead Life Cycle Management in SFDC
- Generate, manage and nurture leads through its lifecycle in close coordination with Pre-Sales, GREs, Sales, Marketing & IT Teams , Prepare, review, analyse Lead, Walk-ins and Sales Analysis Reports and discuss with head of department for process improvements and tweaking marketing campaigns in order to increase lead qualification, lead to walk-ins, walk-in to sales ratios
- Prepare and ensure adherence to SOP for complete lead lifecycle including Campaign Creation in SFDC
- Monitor and report deviations in SFDC with regards to leads and opportunities by regular sampling tests of data and recordings (if any)
- Perform lead ageing analysis in order to ensure that lead / opportunities are nurtured as per defined TAT E) Call Centre - Prepare and review Pre-Sales Tele-calling Scripts for all the projects as per project /brand positioning and strategies - Conduct Product Training for Pre-Sales agents and ensure that they are well versed with the product/brand - Ensure that Pre Sales team receives all relevant documents such as Tele-calling Scripts, Project Kit (Modified FAQ, Brochure, floor plans, sourcing mailers, offers, etc.
- Ensure that Pre Sales team receives the training and all details along with creatives and lead flow projections before any campaigns go live - Responsible for maintaining Quality standards of all call centres by doing regular visits, conducting quality audits, refresher trainings, etc.
F) Budgeting & Billing - Prepare and process marketing budgets in coordination with relevant brand managers for project specific budgeting (PLC, Yearly & Quarterly)
- Prepare and process different digital marketing budgets for corporate initiatives (Yearly & Quarterly)
- Prepare and Present Budget v/s Spends reports (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly)
- Complete Vendor Management (Estimation, quotation comparison, approvals, PO Creations, Billing, Conflict resolution, Escalations and Financial Closures) - Ensuring all quotes are in line with company's process and all bills are submitted with necessary approvals and proofs - Ensure timely POs, billing, payments to agencies and comply with processes etc.
G) MIS & Review - Preparing and maintaining all relevant reports and MIS for weekly, monthly and yearly review for performance marketing, social media management, SEO, ORM, etc.
- Conducting Periodic reviews with reporting manager & agency (Weekly) and with head of department (monthly) - Any other Ad-Hoc work assigned
Education and Experience:
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or PGDM from a very reputed college/university with specialization in Marketing or digital marketing
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in Real Estate Industry with desired experience of leading a team of at least 3 plus members
- Holds at least one certification in digital marketing from a reputed university
- Leadership Competencies and Skills
- Good interpersonal skills, able to empathize, maintain professionalism, display patience and politeness within a sometimes pressurized environment and excellent at time management
- Good team management skills, believes in team learning & development and actively works towards it.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision with complete alignment to company's goals
- Proven desire to update product knowledge, domain knowledge and skill set where required
- A conscientious, flexible and can do working style
- Good oral & written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with both agencies, vendors and colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise well in order to achieve set objectives
- Work with the team towards achieving set objectives within defined timelines
