- Understand business goals, braand objectives and target audience to support strategic plan which is created by B2B / B2B Commerce Leader.
- Work with cross-functional team members and external partners to plan and execute digital campaigns that span a variety of objectives.
- Help manage relationships with approved vendors and media partners.
- Help manage paid media budgets and billing.
- Demonstrate the influence of paid media on the customer journey and demand to revenue conversion.
- Set digital marketing ad KPI targets per media channel to accurately evaluate performances and optimize timely to deliver the best possible business result.
- Integrate digital marketing tactics with overarching digital communication strategy for brands, categories and focus products to deliver seamless offline-online communication.
- Manage all marketing, testing, and Optimisation initiatives within digital media channels including paid search, display ads, affiliates and others.
- Implement always-on social campaigns for the selected countries as part of regional accelerated program
- To be on top of new ad types that becomes available on digital marketing platforms.
- Grow digital communications and social media capabilities across the region.
- Investigate competitor's demand generation programs and industries best practices to always seek for improvements
- Become knowledgeable in, and an advocate of, brand guidelines and standards - ensuring that brand positioning, creative look-and-feel, and key messages support the brand
