We are only looking for female candidates for this position Position Name: Digital Content Specialist - Senior Manager TYPICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Qualification: MBA with specialization in Marketing (tier I/ II institute ) PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: - The Digital Content Specialist is an expert on content ideation, creation, partnerships and publication. S/he is a subject matter expert on diverse topics and can generate/identify story ideas and editorial calendars that are timely and customized to reach key audiences through liveinstyle.com and brand social handles across the entire company portfolio. The specialist with also be responsible for media planning and overall P&amp;L management for the LIS platform.&nbsp; - The specialist is also required to identify external content ecosystem and develop partnerships for content associations/placements across brands.&nbsp; - The Digital Content Specialist can identify and partner high-quality content creaters, adapting voice, tone and style to audience and channel - social media, blog or long-form and contributed content. S/he works closely with brand and digital teammates to guide editorial and manages production and performance against program goals. Most importantly, s/he understands the importance of content in an integrated communications program and its relationship to all forms of storytelling. Experience: Minimum 6 years experience in digtial and content marketing with Agency/Media House or Brand/product company Knowledge &amp; skills: ' - Intuitive storyteller and creative thinker, able to conceive stories from various angles and build editorial calendars that resonate with target audiences - Specialist who consistently produces high-quality content in any form (videos, social media posts, blogs, bylines, web copy, abstracts, etc.) and adapts voice, tone and style accordingly - Skilled editor with experience in setting and enforcing rigorous standards of story, structure, fact checking, grammar and adherence to company principles - for him/herself as well as internal and external contributors - Strong understanding and execution ability of SEO, SEM, content distribution and other content marketing tools - Collaborative team player who flourishes in fast-paced, dynamic teams and consistently finds solutions to brand needs - Fluency in social media and digital publishing platforms - Passion for our brands and entrepreneurial drive to always do better, take risks and try new things AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:&nbsp; LIVE IN STYLE:&nbsp; - Developing the overall content, techonology, media and marketing strategy for liveinstyle.com that drives best-in-class engagement and storytelling techniques to support our commercial objectives and LIS purpose of becoming a lifestyle and nighlife content destination. - Working with business stakeholders (brand teams, content creators, digital publishers, bloggers, production houses etc) to identify and develop compelling content and distribute using a multi-format approach that delivers to both consumer interest spaces and the lIS traffic KPIs. - Develop revenue strategy and partnerhsips for LIS - Working with the media and IT team to Identify opportunities for new technology upgrades to ensure that we are at the forefront of lifestyle content.. - Create the success metrics for the product including user clicks/registrations, traffic analysis, quality score etc. and review domain performance - Partner media team to develop an effective content marketing and data strategy for LIS - Lead and manage the content, media and technology agency ecosystem for LIS - Partner Key Accounts and customer marketing function to develop and develop and execute content strategy that supports the commercial ecosystem. Brand Content Ecosystem:&nbsp; - Lead the creation of an specialist content ecosystem that builds a competive advantage for the business as it unlocks the capability challenge to innovate with content. - Partner brand and media team of multi-format content creation across all brands that drives higher than benchmark engagement at a cost efficiency. - Engage with entertainment houses to explore brand integration opportunites that help build purpose - Strategize and execute the content strategy for liveinstyle.com while developing a brand out / consumer in editorial balance. - Work with RPCs to evaluate and deliver on regional content opportunies - Work with reserch agencies / technology platforms /new media partners / digital agencies to identify the next gen innovative content solutions like VR, Augmented reality etc that can be implemented to solve brand led challenges
