The DGM/Sr. Manager - Strategy's main function would be to work closely with the COO to achieve strategic objectives of the organization. The role would entail the incumbent to multi-task, effectively manage time, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create, update, and follow up and attention to detail. The candidate would be required to work under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.

More specifically, these responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Chief Operating Officer with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions.

- Co-coordinating and follow up with department heads on project status.

- Experience in Market intelligence, financial analysis, transaction structuring, financial asset management

- Budget analysis, budget monitoring, budget control & variance.

- Analyzing and critically examining operational and financial data and highlight crucial issues.

- Managing business development initiatives by identifying potential opportunities and evaluating them.

- Building financial valuation models to evaluate feasibility of new projects.

- Conducting market research to gather competitive data and performance benchmarking.

- Preparing and managing correspondence, monthly business performance reports and presenting them to Board of Directors.

- Monitor various strategic initiatives meeting various internal and external stakeholders of the business.

- Data Management - records of agreements, letters, important data, and preparing presentations.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

The desired candidate should have a minimum of eight years' experience with a degree and a Specialization in a business domain like Business Development or Finance or Revenue Management or Sales & Marketing either with a Real Estate Player or a consulting firm in the past. Preferably MBA(Finance).

The other key Competencies would include;

- Proficient in MS Office (Especially Power Point and Excel).

- Ability to be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and analytical skills to be able to evaluate data formulate accurate conclusions and develop action plans.

- Good domain knowledge in field of experience (Finance/Marketing/Revenue management / Operations).

- Ability to read and interpret a Balance Sheet and a P&L statement.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate and effectively use new information.

- Ability to understand of the organization's vision and mission and contribute in the growing the business with a strong and shared passion.

- Should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgment and analysis. - Adaptability / comfort in coordination / interaction with internal and external stakeholders. -Experience in Realestate/Developers is must-

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

As an integral member of the company's staff, the candidate must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and discretion. The individual should be highly confident of their abilities and be considered a detail-oriented person who can tackle complex assignments. The candidate should have fluency and a good command over English. The candidate should be highly numerate and analytical.

S/he will need to be a consummate team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills up and down the organizational chart. The candidate must be a leader, directing a group towards a common vision. Being creative, while possessing a healthy sense of humour and charm will complement the candidate's professional skills.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP :

The DGM/Sr. Manager - Strategy will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
