2. Identify potential Clients touch points
3. Build relationship with decision-makers at Clients site
4. Exceed Sales Targets on an on-going basis

6. Team Management
7. Should be able to handle FAQs on our business
8. Engaging and Interacting with Vendor Management, project team and Recruitment Team in regional markets and qualifying the requirement.
9. Understanding client's organization, technologies, products, and domain
10. Understanding of the entire region; Market Assessment, opportunity size,
11. Be able to articulate requirements to delivery
12. Contributing to developing new relationship with client
13. Mining the existing client and try to get the unidentified BUs at the client(s)
