- Pleasing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have contacts with Senior personnels dealing in Customer Experience management.
- Ability to sell solutions, proven track record of meeting and overachieving targets.
- Strong presentation skills - building and delivery as well.
- Ability to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in BPM industry shall be preferred.
