- Budgeting for various development initiatives.

- Consolidating training needs at the business level for creating a training calendar.

- Designing and customizing the learning intervention to meet the needs.

- Ensure implementation of the training calendar.

- Analyse the training feedback to incorporate into future programmes.

- Measure effectiveness of the training conducted.

- Recommend internal and external resources for training as per unique unit requirements.
