Senior Manager/DGM - Finance & Accounts - CA - BFS

Responsibilities: Financial

- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual closing of books of Accounts.

- Consolidation & Finalization of Accounts.

- Direct & indirect Taxation including assessments.

- Financial feasibility analysis of new investments in various quarries & plants

- Estimate the quarry /new plant setup costs

- Prepare cost sheet for cost of production

- Prepare Financial projections for each project

- Sensitivity analysis

- Financial summary with recommendations

- Compiling the capex budgets for Business plan.

- Financing from banks with CMA data preparation.

- Handling statutory /internal Audit and complying with Audit Committee queries and suggestions.

- All other Core Accounting functions of the organization.

Responsibilities: Customer

Ensure timely submission of all reports to concerned stakeholders and to auditors.

Responsibilities : Operational

- Develops accounting processes and define accountabilities of different roles in the department monitors implementation periodically and makes corrections as necessary

- Directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies

- Manages all funds, their utilization and strives to increase return on idle funds

Responsibilities: Capability

- Establishes standardized systems and processes for various accounting and financial operations and ensures development of standard operating procedures.

- Ensures necessary training & knowledge up gradation of employees.

Skill set of the candidates:

CA with 7-8 years of experience.

Experience on Accounts Closing, Income tax Assessments, Attending to audit queries,compliance of all statutory provisions with respect to accounting standard, Companies Act, Income tax Act, Working Knowledge in PF, Gratuity & Payments of bonus Acts,

- Controlling branch accounts PAN India basis.

SAP-experience is must. Should be good in excel.
