Senior Manager/DGM - EHS - Telecon (10-23 yrs)
We are looking for a Sr. Mgr./DGM - Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) for our client with pan India presence based at Gurgaon.
Job Details :
Location : Gurgaon
Grade : SM/DGM
Work Timings : 9AM-6PM, 5 days , however candidate must be flexible and open to stretch
CTC : Industry Standards
Experience : 10 + yrs
Education : Engineering graduate ( E,M or C) and Post diploma in ESH (safety)
Job Purpose :
- Drive ESH culture through governance, education, focused groups and administration.
Principal Purpose of the Job :
1. GOVERNANCE :
- Conduct monthly governance meeting; maintain ESH performance index
- Conduct BUc governance meeting & lead it to corporate
- Attend customer and supplier meetings
2. EDUCATION :
- Develop ESH training material & own training.
- Constant education: Stories, Magazines, articles etc.
- Coaching
3. FOCUSED GROUP :
- Conduct focused meetings/training on product related safety
- RCA Reporting
4. ADMINISTRATION :
- Ensure right ESH guidelines are available,
- Facilitate and review
- Conduct ESH related meets
- Participate in Departmental meetings, discussion and provide suggestions
- Review and award good ESH behavior
- Cross functional meeting interaction
