Senior Manager/DGM - Corporate Finance - Renewable Energy/Power/Infrastructure Sector - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Overview:

The candidate would be actively involved in M&A as well as fund raising (debt and equity) transactions

Experience:

Principal investing / investment banking preferably in renewable energy / power / infrastructure sector

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in identifying target companies and carrying out industry / company research and evaluating investment opportunities

- Preparation of financial models for evaluation of opportunities

- Preparation of investment committee notes and other transaction related documents

- Collaborating with various teams as well as external agencies to carry out due diligence process

- Maintaining and regularly updating the models / information memorandum for internal reporting as well as fund raising activities

Qualification: MBA (Finance) from Tier-1 college / Qualified CA.

5-7 years exp: 30L

2-3 years exp: 15-20L
