- The incumbent would be primarily responsible for independently handling and leading various strategic projects for the company involving external as well as internal stakeholder management. He/ She would be the primary support for the CEO office and would be expected to deliver high value projects into business transformation, establishing new lines of business, fund raising, business optimization etc. The candidate is also expected to run independent modules on business development and support acquisition team for diligence and pricing of NPL pools
- Implementation of strategic projects, business transformation, digital & innovation capability development
- Provide strategic advice to SLT on a project-by-project basis e.g., new market entry, long-range planning, new technology evaluation and business development
- Support the business development agenda of EARC
- Provide support to shareholders and board as in when required
- Create and monitor reports/ presentations to identify gaps, trends, opportunities for the management team
- Education Management graduate from Tier 1 institute (IIMs, XLRI or ISB)
Experience :
- 8-10 years of business experience in a consulting or corporate strategy role at a leading firm
- Prior experience in any big4 consulting for at least 3-5 years preferable exposure to startup ecosystem and financial services or PMO stint
Technical Skills :
- Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking
- Deep understanding of quantitative problem-solving concepts and statistical analysis. Comfort with data extraction and processing to drive decision
- Finance certifications (CFA/FRM etc)
- PC Skills Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) SQL and analytical tools
- Other Skills A self-starter and self-motivated individual with ability to effectively manage diverse projects, multitask, provide consistent results.
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills (Written and Verbal)
- Strong Project Management and presentation skills
