Overview :  - This is a senior finance role, managing the business finance function of one of the Business Vertical.  - The person would be managing a team of finance member (mostly CAs and ICWAs).   - He/She would also be required to interact with senior leadership and should be able to manage them effectively.  Key Responsibilities:  - Working with Leadership team on MIS reporting presentations.Partnering with business for achieving yearly budget targets.  - Timely and accurately closure of monthly and quarterly MIS for Vertical.  - Revenue pipeline projections and financial forecasting.  - Preparation of annual budget plan for the vertical.  - Actual Vs. budget performance analysis, Variances analysis.  - Preparation of monthly profitability MIS at Vertical/LoB level, customer-wise, project-wise.  - Headcount and seat analysis Billable/Bench, Span etc  - Timely closure of customer invoicing and follow-up on collections.  - Reporting of deliverables comprising Revenue, Margin and Business Analysis   - Monthly Business Performance analysis for Business head and IFMG Leadership   - Annual Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting   - Responsible for Financial Approvals related to business   - Assisting Leadership with business analysis, Corporate decks for CEO Key Achievements:   Qualification and Skills :  - CA with minimum 8-10 years of post-qualification experience.  - Should be very good in communication skills.
