Senior Manager - Derivative Structuring - Large Corporates

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Understand client requirements and market suitable FX and derivative solutions to Corporate & Institutional clients.

- Partner with regional Structuring team & Control functions to add new products, enhance desk capabilities.

- The role requires good understanding of structuring & executing FX and Rates derivatives.

- Deal FX & derivative transactions with customers. Work closely with Trading team to ensure smooth execution.

- Ensure compliance with external (RBI, FEDAI, etc.) as well as internal (HO) guidelines at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Knowledge:

- Good understanding of FX & Interest rate derivatives.

Skills :

- Pricing and sales of FX & derivative products.

- Expertise in execution of FX & derivative products.

Experience - 5-8 years' experience of structuring marketing Treasury products to clients.

Qualifications - MBA or Chartered Accountant.

Certification:

- Certified Treasury dealer

- Diploma in Integrated Treasury Management
